Legacy Auctioneering Services is a licensed Auctioneering Firm registered in the year 1995 with its head office in Nakuru. It is licensed under the Auctioneers Act 1996, with an experienced, highly motivated and talented team of staff.

Our mission
With over 15 years of auctioneering experience, we are among the finest in the industry. The auctioneering and repossession procedures we follow and are fully conformity with the Auctioneers Act.
We have never been cited for using shortcuts by the Auctioneers Licensing Board or the court. we can obtain break-in orders and police help for troublesome debtors and we always operate in our clients’ best interests. We do not put our clients at risk of being sued and we are professionally indemnified for Ksh 20 million by a respectable insurance firm.
Our experience
Various financial institutions have asked us to realize various securities, including agricultural, residential and commercial properties, for the past 15 years. Thousands more tenants have also been served with eviction notices, and hundreds of attachment orders have been issued.
We’ve also sold used cars and furniture, as well as scrap metal, at public auction on behalf of parastatals, the government and large corporations. We have an extremely high success rate, which can be verified by contacting any of the clients listed
